Body as Data: ARK Cliftonville Workshop

Join us for our second workshop as part of the body-as-data series, with artists Falle Nioke. Through learning and sharing folk dance, music and participant lead creatives; the workshop opens a space to share meaning and value, connect (with oneself inner and outer power, others, and the environment), become (self-discovery), balance, harmonize with the surroundings and transcend/transform with what the experience can offer. 

We will share stories, movement & culture, and come togther to create a performance for the following day's walking event.
